SSEN Future Networks ED3 Engagement Webinar

This session is designed to be feedback-focused rather than a progress update. We want to test our current thinking, identify gaps, and understand where further innovation activity may be needed as we shape our approach for ED3.

During the webinar, we will:

• Hear from Catherine Winning, Head of Future Networks, on our emerging innovation priorities for ED3
• Present case studies from recent and live innovation projects that have pushed boundaries and informed our direction
• Share a partner perspective on collaborating with SSEN Distribution
• Use live polls and moderated Q&A to gather views on missed opportunities, future themes, and how we can make it easier for innovation communities to engage with us

The session is aimed at external stakeholders actively involved in innovation, including supplier partners, academics, innovators, and collaborators across the energy system. Feedback gathered will help refine and strengthen the final ED3 Innovation Plan, ensuring it is open, transparent, and shaped by those we work with most closely.
