South Control Room Tour

As part of annual engagement in DSO, we’re opening the doors to our control room in Portsmouth  and showcasing how we manage our Southern network. This visit will give you a unique, behind-the-scenes view of how our network is operated in real time.

During the session, two of our experienced control room operators will provide an overview of how we manage network constraints through flexibility, and how we plan for both current and future network events.

Following the control room visit, we’ll host an informal catch-up session over tea and coffee. This will be an opportunity to have open discussion around the customer journey for Access Products—exploring what’s working well, where improvements can be made, and how we can better support you moving forward.
