Meet the Control Room team event

As part of our annual engagement in DSO, we’re giving Stakeholders an opportunity to meet directly with some of our Control Room team in our Portsmouth Penner Road office. The team will showcase how we manage our Southern network and give attendees a unique, behind-the-scenes view of how our network is operated in real time.

During the session, two of our experienced control room operators will provide an overview of how we manage network constraints through flexibility, and how we plan for both current and future network events.

Attendees will also get the opportunity to have open discussion with the team, over tea and coffee, around the customer journey for Access Products—exploring what’s working well, where improvements can be made, and how we can better support you moving forward.
