Service Based PSR Think Tank

We are pleased to invite you to participate in an upcoming Think Tank session focusing on how we can evolve the Priority Service Register to better support customers in collaboration with British Red Cross and Kidney Care UK.

As we continue to develop the ED3 framework, this stage is critical: we want to ensure the voices of our stakeholders are heard and reflected in our approach. Your insights will help us build a strategy that is both ambitious and inclusive.

This think tank session will explore answers to key questions:

1. At what point should SSEN step in – what is the line between customer resilience and SSEN support?
2. What support should we be providing to customers in vulnerable situations during power cuts?
