SSEN Distribution Circular Futures Series Part Three
Join us on 5 February 2026, 1:00–3:00pm for the final webinar in our Circular Futures series. We’ll share our Climate Resilience Strategy and explain how we’re planning to maintain a safe, reliable electricity supply in the face of increasing risks.
Specifically, we’ll look at the investments we’re considering for ED3 to improve reliability performance in the future - both locally and across our network. We’ll explore the factors that contribute to resilience and how we can act to improve asset performance when unexpected failures occur.
We’ll also present our Climate Resilience Strategy, which takes a top-down, system-wide view of climate risk assessment. This includes identifying critical points of our network, specific vulnerabilities to climate change, and the actions we’re taking to address these risks. We’ll share our work to date on ED3 investment plans aimed at improving the climate resilience of our network and organisation.
