As we enter the final two years of ED2, we’re taking the opportunity to refresh our Consumer Vulnerability Strategy. On Thursday 25th September we're hosting a webinar from 9am-12pm where we’ll update you on the progress we’ve made so far, share our key priorities for the remainder of ED2, and get your input on where we should focus our efforts to make the greatest impact for our shared customers.

With ED2 nearing its conclusion, SSEN is actively planning for ED3. We’re excited to share our ambitious vision, focus on how our PSR services can evolve and explore how your insights can shape our future strategies—ensuring that societal perspectives are at the heart of our decision-making.

Now in its third year, our stakeholder meetings continue to be a platform for innovation and collaboration. This year, we’re bringing our Distribution colleagues to the table to demonstrate the transformational work underway. Together, we’re making meaningful strides in addressing vulnerability and building a legacy that will enhance future business plans and improve lives across our communities.

Agenda:

  • Review of our 3-year progress and focus areas for the final phase of ED2
  • Introduction to ED3 and our strategic ambitions
  • Spotlight on innovations addressing Consumer Vulnerability

Your voice is essential. As customer representatives, stakeholders, influencers, and partners, your perspectives help ensure our plans reflect the needs of seldom-heard and hard-to-reach communities. We’re keen to collaborate and co-create solutions that deliver real change.
