SSEN - Network Insights Series (3)

Following our DSO in Action Autumn Series, we heard from our stakeholders that they would like to understand opportunities on our network and reduce the need for one-to-one pre-connection application surgeries or speculative connection requests.  We will be hosting a quarterly event as part of a Network Insights Series.

Event details:

The third event is taking place on Thursday 19th June 2025 from 1pm to 2.30pm via Microsoft Teams. 

At the webinar we will provide an overview of our Strategic Development Planning process, plus give an overview of what resources are available to on website to support your decision making. We will be doing a deep dive into the following four geographic areas;

Beauly SDP – covering the northwest area of the Highlands
Kintore SDP – covering Aberdeenshire
Iver 132kV SDP – covering the M4/M40 corridors around Slough, Buckinghamshore and Windsor & Maidenhead
Lovedean SDP – covering the south coast of England from Fareham to West Sussex

Each of these areas either have SDPs currently out for consultation or are due to have published consultations soon.
