Consumer Vulnerability - Strategy webinar

The agenda will include revisiting our Consumer Vulnerability Strategy and the commitments within – highlighting our progress and what the rest of the price control will deliver.

We will also showcase our groundbreaking Vulnerability Future Energy Scenarios innovation that uses predictions, data and expert analysis to advance our decision making on how, where and when our customers might need out support and our network needs investment - followed by a Q&A session.

We will discuss how we have listened, refined and innovated to reach further into communities because of research, marketing, toolkits and community presence – yet the Priority Services Register growth remains low. This will lead into breakout discussions on how our priorities are changing due to industry trends and how data sharing will be a leading focus for us all – we would like to hear from you on what these changes mean to you and how we can work through them together.

A fundamental part of this process is you, as customer representatives. Your views will ensure our work represents the seldom heard and hard to reach in our regions and open opportunities to collaborate, so we can deliver together.
