The whole Autumn Series is an opportunity for you to engage directly with our teams, discuss the topics that matter most to you, and share your valuable insights.
Event Details:
This dedicated 90-minute session looks at how innovation is helping to build fairness into domestic flexibility. Starting with the challenges which the HOMEflex Code of Conduct is addressing, moving to what a HOMEflex Compliance Scheme might look like.
Critically, we know that more work needs to be done to allow all domestic, and microbusiness, customers to benefit from the opportunities flexibility is brining. This is where we want to hear your views on:
• What barriers you see to domestic flexibility fairness?
• How DNOs can help to minimise these barriers?
• Where you think innovation can help?
