SSEN DSO Autumn Series - Near Real-time Data Access (NeRDA)

We are pleased to extend an invitation to you for our Near Real-time Data Access (NeRDA) portal event, which forms part of our upcoming "DSO Autumn Series," a two-week engagement programme across our license area. The focus of this series will be to delve into our NeRDA portal as we move from BETA into our first Release. Providing demonstrations and opportunities to input into future developments.

It's an opportunity for you to engage directly with our team, discuss the NeRDA use cases, access to data that matters most to you, and share your valuable insights.

Event details:

This dedicated 2-hour session will outline how we are making near real-time operational data about our network publicly available to all users of the electricity systems, helping to support customers, businesses and communities in the transition to Net Zero.

NeRDA enables access, via dashboards or API’s, to power flow information from our highest voltage substations all the way down to street level.

·       Introduction and live demonstration of the NeRDA platform

·       Insights into benefits and use cases

·       Update on Release 1 functionality from stakeholder feedback

·       Round table discussions to gain stakeholder insights into uses, additional data or visualisation needs.

Event time and location:

Thursday, 3 October from 10:00 - 12.00. Refreshments will be served from 09:30 and lunch be served when the meeting ends.
