SSEN - Resilience Portal Launch (Thames Valley/South East)

Scottish & Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) would like to invite you to the launch of our resilience portal which will help facilitate quick and easy access to information during events like storms or Rota Load Disconnections (Emergency Outages). 

The new portal is ready to launch and we are starting to provide access to our partners, along with demos and training so you know how to use it. 

The portal provides several capabilities including:

• Live view of faults occurring across the geographic areas you’re responsible for.
• Ability to see and add notes for either SSEN to see, other partners and even the public (you have the ability to choose the level and there are control measures in place).
• Scenario Planning for Rota Load Disconnections, including a view of blocks that could be impacted at different points if an emergency power outage situation did occur.

The portal is in its first stage and we look forward to releasing new functionality over winter using feedback from our partners.
