Join us at this virtual event to share your ideas on how we can continue to deliver for our customers living in vulnerable circumstances. We will share our ambitious targets to ensure we meet the needs of all our customers and leave no one behind.

Our ED2 business plan has been approved by Ofgem and within that are commitments focused on customers living in vulnerable circumstances. Our first is to create our vulnerability strategy, detailing how we will deliver against these commitments over the 5-year price control period.

A fundamental part of this process is you, as customer representatives. Your views will ensure our strategy represents the seldom heard and hard to reach in our regions and open opportunities to collaborate, so we can deliver together.
