SSEN Central SE Digital Strategy and Action Plan Webinar

Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) invite you to participate in an online webinar on Wednesday 22nd February 2023.

We will present the key elements of our overall digital strategy and action plan to improve our digital services to our customers, this will help shape our key investments for the RIIO-ED2 period from 2023 to 2028.

We are seeking stakeholder views and feedback on:

• Our Action Plan pipeline for projects over the next six months 
• How to improve our digital service delivery
• The prioritisation of activities in our Action Plan
• Any gaps or missing elements of our plan or our proposed digital services

During the event we will be using Slido to capture any questions you have, and also ask for your feedback. Your input will help us prioritise our actions and ensure our digital services meet your needs.
