SSEN - Network Insights Series - webinar

Following our DSO in Action Autumn Series, we heard from our stakeholders that they would like to understand opportunities on our network and reduce the need for one-to-one pre-connection application surgeries or speculative connection requests. So, that’s exactly what we’ve done! We will be hosting a quarterly event as part of a Network Insights Series.

Event details:

The first event is taking place on Thursday 12th December 2024 from 11am to 12.30pm via Microsoft Teams. This event will gather interested stakeholders across all segments, to discuss our approach to strategic development on the Distribution Network, an example of how this is applied to a GSP, plus give an overview of what resources are available to on website to support your decision making.

Event highlights:

> Strategic Development Plan Methodology: A walkthrough of our approach to producing the Strategic Development Plans, it will set out the programme and also invite stakeholder views on what areas might be of greatest use.

> Strategic Development Plans Example: A clear example of the result when the methodology is applied to a specific network area and the geographic area it serves.

> Modelling guidance: A guide to what is available and how to use this. 

> Interactive Q&A: Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with speakers and ask questions.
