What is a Connections Surgery?

A Connections Surgery is a virtual meeting at which you can talk to our experts if you need network information for a specific site(s). Our Connections Surgery Meetings let you discuss your projects with our experts from the early planning stages so you can make informed decisions about your projects!

In this meeting, you can:

> Learn more about available capacity options for your project.
> Discuss possible challenges, like reinforcements or constraints, that could affect your development.
> Get relevant network information for the sites you’re looking to build on. 
> If you're after expert advice for your project, a Connections Surgery could be just what you need!

Is a Connections Surgery right for me?

Our experts can discuss network information on sites that require a capacity of 250 kVA or over. If your project requires less capacity then this, we recommend that you contact our Connections Team:

How can you register for a Connections Surgery Meeting? 

> Complete and submit the Form: Fill out the Meeting Request Form with detailed information about your site(s) to make the meeting as beneficial as possible for you.

> If you encounter any problems completing or submitting the form please contact businessrelationships@sse.com.

> Important: Your appointment will not be booked until we receive your completed form. Once we have it, our Business Relationship Management team will contact you within 5 working days to arrange a date and time for your meeting.
