How can we improve our digital services? What have we been doing to make things better for our customers? What areas do we need to improve in?
Scottish and Southern Electricity Network (SSEN)’s Distribution team invite you to participate in an online webinar on 8th November from 11am until 12:30pm.
We will present the key elements of our Digital Strategy and Action Plan and review the actions we have taken over the past six months to improve digital services for our customers. We also want to understand what data sets are valuable to our stakeholders and to what level of detail. The webinar will aim to capture the views of our stakeholders on:
· Our progress to date against our Action Plan key objectives.
· Our priorities for the next 6 months.
· How we’ve incorporated feedback from our previous webinars in shaping our work in the past 6 months.
· How you can get involved in our future activities.
